Join us for mindful movement to connect with your breath, your body, and your authentic self!

Our small group classes are for all bodies and all experience levels, and held in our home based studio in South Seattle.  A maximum of 6 students per class creates an intimate setting perfect for meeting neighbors, asking questions, and trying new things in a safe space.


Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind.



Focus on your specific goals, build a personalized yoga sequence, and gain confidence in your yoga practice.  Build your practice as a beginning yogi, or advance your practice through deeper study and focus.


Lessons may include:

-Strength & Stretching exercises

-Asanas to focus on balance, mobility, and flexibility

-Breathwork and meditation

-Yoga philosophy, storytelling, and myth


Private lessons, or small classes up to 3 students at Gridless Studio or online via Zoom.

Classes in your space or for larger groups also available.  Send a message to inquire.


We believe that small is powerful.  Our urban home-based studio is designed to be a welcoming oasis for practice.  This judgement-free zone welcomes all human-identifying members of the community.


Classes are held either inside or in our permaculture garden when the weather allows.  We share our space with pets, so please let us know if you have any severe allergies before attending and we will do our best to accommodate you.  All yoga classes have a maximum of 6 in-person participants.
