Join us for mindful movement to connect with your breath, your body, and your authentic self!

Our small group classes are for all bodies and all experience levels, and held in our home based studio in South Seattle.  A maximum of 6 students per class creates an intimate setting perfect for meeting neighbors, asking questions, and trying new things in a safe space.  Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind.
